Corporate tax rates were cut after 2016 in America. This calculator demonstrates the long term results from lower tax rates. The default example is a company with $1 million dollars in revenue, returning 30% in profits which is $300,000 per year. The initial tax rate is 35% which was cut down to 21%. This calculation will be run over 5 years to show the compound effect of lower tax rates with all profits reinvested into the company. This tax cut calculator can also be used for personal income tax, capital gains tax, or dividend tax cuts. Rotate a cell phone to landscape mode to see all the columns correctly.
