The clinic is currently out of network for Florida Blue, Oscar, Avmed, Leon, Aetna Coventry Health Aetna CVS, Cigna Open Access, and several other insurances in Miami. Patients who have out of network benefits can schedule an appointment however they will have to provide written confirmation from the insurance company regarding their out of network benefits. A PDF from the insurance company will have to be emailed to the clinic regarding out of network benefits. Otherwise, the patient would have to pay self pay rates and a bill of services will be provided to the patient. Afterwards, the patient can submit the bill to the insurance company for re-imbursement.

Self pay initial visits are $300. Follow up visits are $150. Procedures such as upper endoscopy or colonoscopy can be $2000 without insurance. The two endoscopy centers available for procedures are Baptist South Beach and Bayside Endoscopy Center at Mercy. Please call them for further information about endoscopy center charges, anesthesia service charges and pathology charges.

The clinic can not guarantee that reimbursement will be made by the insurance companies.
