Number of Polyps and Time for Repeat Colonoscopy

One Polyp
- Adenoma greater than 1 cm : 3 years
- Villous features : 3 years
- High Grade Dysplasia : 3 years
- Sessile Polyp Removed Piecemeal : 2 to 6 months

Two Polyps
- Small Tubular Adenomas with Low Grade Dysplasia : 5 to 10 years

Three to Ten Polyps
- Adenomas : 3 years

Greater than Ten Polyps
- Adenomas : Less than 3 years
